Visas

IMIM will help with applying to the programme, visa applications, and assistance in obtaining residence permit. It is recommended that you start the visa process at least 3 months before you move to Spain to ensure that you receive it on time. You can begin the process by going directly to the relevant Embassy in your home country or your place of residence. Also, we strongly recommend that you reserve your place in the IMIM as soon as possible; once you do so, we will send you an official welcome email with further instructions.

Ask admissions@masterimim.eu for our scholarship policy.

Housing

Every IMIM student receives -when admitted to the school- a Welcome Pack with a lot of practical information in it, including liability Accommodation advice. We will support you through all administrative procedures, smooth campus transfers and enrollment assistance.

You can always contact your campus Student coordinator for more information about your campus’ accommodation possibilities.

Health

In order to study at IMIM, all students are required to have complete health insurance that covers any illness or accident that may occur during the program. This coverage can be ensured through (1) the Spanish social security system (only for Spanish citizens), (2) the European Health Card (only for eligible EU citizens who reside in Europe), or (3) a private medical insurance that covers them during the whole program (for all other students). It is essential that students have insurance for their own safety.

Moving to a different country, where everything is new and strange, can be challenging and overwhelming sometimes. Please be sure that we are here to help and support you, no matter how small your struggle may seem to you. We can offer:

  • Disability support
  • Mental & medical health support
  • Student Success Advice
  • Coaching/ Mentoring program
  • Drop in sessions
  • Careers Advisory Service

Jobs/ Talents & Careers

Choosing a career path is one of the most important decisions our students have to face. The IMIM Careers team assists students in identifying their career goals and professional objectives to ensure your career prospects. The Careers service provides you with the advice, data and tools to connect you to companies.
